Product care

Washing tips

Synthetic coated ribbons can be washed at temperatures up to 40°C, although we recommend cleaning the product with a damp cloth to avoid possible damage to those with special engravings or personalisations. Bleach, ironing, dry cleaning or other chemicals should not be used, as they could damage the materials or alter their properties.

Maintenance

This product is resistant to water and adverse conditions, but to maintain its appearance and durability, proper care is essential. After use, dry it carefully and avoid leaving it exposed to the sun for long periods of time. Storing it wet can deteriorate its appearance and reduce its lifespan.

With use, black finishes can age naturally, enhancing the character and authenticity of the product.

Warranty

Our products have a 3-year warranty valid for manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage due to wear or improper use.
